Position Summary

Crowe Horwath is seeking a qualified,  experienced professional to join our Transfer Pricing practice in Chicago, IL    As part of the Transfer Pricing team, you will perform financial and economic analyses of companies, their intercompany transactions (such as the sale of tangible goods, the license of intellectual property, the provision of services and the granting of loans), and the industries in which they operate.   In doing so, you will work closely with tax, legal and business professionals in a variety of settings including tax planning and compliance, M&A, restructuring and dispute resolution.


Applicants should meet the following qualifications:


Bachelors degree from accredited institution.  Advanced degree (Masters/Ph.D.) in Accounting, Business, Economics or Finance or other certification (CPA, CFA, ASA) desirable but not necessary.


Applicants should meet the following qualifications:

•     Strong academic credentials (Minimum GPA of 3.0)

•     Desire to understand and apply financial and economic concepts to complex business situations

•     Effective writing and interpersonal skills; and ability to work within a multidisciplinary team environment

•     Proficient with Excel

•     Strong verbal and written communication skills

•     Ability to prioritize tasks, work on multiple assignments and manage project teams

•     Self-starter who can work both independently and in a team environment with professionals of all levels

•     Expected travel 2-3 days, two times per quarter

•     Ability to maintain flexible work schedule to meet client and engagement deadlines
