Position Summary

This is a new position in a Firmwide Production role that will support Crowe’s “deep specialization” focus in the area of firmwide printing and deliverable creation. This strategy allows for offices with smaller print volumes and demands (where costly production equipment is unwarranted and underutilized) to leverage firmwide production centers like OB and SB. Our firmwide production centers have large-scale equipment that allows quick turnaround times for high volume requests and highly skilled staff with a strong focus on quality control and a professional level of communication. Deep specialization also requires staff with a deeper level of technical expertise. As production equipment has evolved, so has the technology that drives this equipment. Employees in these positions need to be comfortable with programming complex production requests with multiple inserts, paper stocks, and finishing options, and have the ability to troubleshoot issues with multiple models of production level printers when needed.
