    Position Summary

    This position is an Agile Coach position for the Applied Technology business unit. The role will begin with providing coaching for 2-3 key products within the Applied Technology and transition to other product teams once those products are performing well. In addition, the role will facilitate establishing Applied Technology's Product Development Methodology using Agile principles. Responsibilities include building knowledge on Agile concepts across the teams, providing team and individual coaching to improve our Agile efforts, establishing Agile process standards and advocating these across the organization.

    • Train and advocate for Agile principles and techniques, including Scrum and Kanban
    • Able to build relationships and influence across all levels of the organization using excellent team building, mediation, collaboration, and people leadership skills
    • Excellent verbal communication skills, able to present to diverse audiences
    • Excellent written communication skills, able to create process documentation that is clear, concise, and effective


    • 5+ years of Agile coaching experience
    • Must have a minimum of a Bachelor's Degree
    • Agile Certification is preferred
    • Experience with scaled agile methodology is a plus, but not required


    Note: Open to Indianapolis (1st) and Chicago (2nd) locations. Up to 25% travel will be required for Chicago based candidates.
