    Position Summary

    Crowe is expanding and is hiring in the Sacramento area. We are seeking a senior government consultant with three to five years of management consulting experience. The candidate will help clients tackle Organizational Change Management (OCM) issues to improve communication, leadership support, stakeholder enrollment, team effectiveness, and training efforts.


    • Address the people issues that arise when an organization tries to make changes
    • Facilitate communication to increase awareness and ownership
    • Identify and promote leadership support
    • Foster strong and healthy working relationships between project teams, the project sponsor, and stakeholders
    • Mobilize commitment of stakeholders to implement a change initiative
    • Proactively identify and address resistance to change
    • Create a thoughtful training approach to provide opportunities for end users to gain knowledge and skills in order to succeed in the future state


    • Undergraduate degree with 3 to 5 years of experience; or, graduate degree with 1 to 3 years of experience
    • Consulting experience specifically with public sector clients in California
    • Organizational Change Management experience
    • Strong communication, writing, and organizational skills
    • Excellent analytical and quantitative skills
    • A track record of producing high-quality work products on-time and within budget
    • A track record of successful OCM engagements
    • Experience providing facilitation services and training programs to large groups of stakeholders
    • Ability to be flexible and to learn quickly about different client programs
    • Ability to work independently and contribute as a member of the project team
    • The applicant must be proficient with Microsoft Office software (i.e., Microsoft Word and Excel)
    • Ability to work closely with project manager and other team members to drive project results
    • Solid project planning and management skills

    Additional Preferred Qualifications:

    • Master’s degree (preferably in Business, Economics, Information Technology, or Public Administration)
    • Organizational Change Management Professional Certification (Prosci)
